Our jewelry is guaranteed 2 years from the date of purchase, on presentation of the bill. Guarantees only cover the manufacturing and hidden defects and will be subject to a quotation if there is a damage resulting from a misuse.


To inform us of your repair request, please contact email us at We will let you know how to proceed to have your jewelry fixed. Our workshop will have a look at it and we will be able to provide you with a cost and time estimation. 
If the return of the goods results from a manufacturing defect, it will be at our expense. 
Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return, it is therefore recommended to send by recorded delivery.  


If your jewel was not bought on the e-shop, please contact the shop where you bought it.
