How do I place an order ?

Any order placed on our website implies the acceptance of the General Terms of Sale.

 

To buy a piece of jewelry, click on « ADD TO BASKET» in the product description page. The cart icon in the upper-right corner of the screen informs you that the product is ready to be ordered.Please note that when you add an item to your basket, it still appears available on the website and can be ordered by another customer at any time.After you clicked on « order », create your account and let yourself be guided step by step to indicate your delivery informations and then proceed to the final payment of the product.

 

If the product is indicated on “PRE ORDER”, it means it is unavailable but can be made especially for you in our workshop within 8 weeks. It is therefore necessary to pay the entire bill and follow the same steps as explained above. Please note no returns will be accepted for a piece of jewelry made to order. Otherwise, you can subscribe to our email alert to stay updated when the product is available for purchase again.

 

Please note that the production lead time can be extended up to 10 weeks for the following models: Gatsby earrings, Sleeping Beauty earrings, necklace and ring, Suspicious Minds large model ring and Whisper earrings.

 

The products are offered for sale on Stone Paris website within the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of the product ordered, as a result of a mistake in the stock update, the client will be informed as soon as possible; in this particular case, Stone Paris undertakes to fully refund your purchase.

 

 

Your order will be considered valid after confirmation of the banking payment’s agreement. In case of the bank’s refusal, the order will automatically be cancelled. Once the order has been placed and the payment validated by our bank institution, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. It will mention the reference of your order, an overview of the products ordered (designation, quantity and price), the total cost of the order (taxes included), delivery charges and delivery and billing addresses.

 

If you would like to cancel you order, please email info@stoneparis.com ; we will our best to process your request if the order has not been shipped already.  In no case can pre-orders be cancelled.

   

We do reserve the right to refuse any order in the following cases :

-        litigation with the purchaser

-        non-payment of a previous order from the purchaser

-        refusal of payment from the purchaser’s bank

How to proceed to make a present ?

All of our jewelry is packed with the greatest care in its Stone Paris case, wrapped in silk paper and accompanied by its invoice and certificate of authenticity.

If you want to make a present and you do not want the bill to be joined to the parcel, simply indicate it during the buying process by ticking the box « I would like to offer this jewel.

Please do not join the bill ». In this case, the bill will only be sent to you by email. You will also have the possibility to join a personalized card to your order with the message of your choice (this option is available during the ordering process.

What are your delivery procedures ?

Every order placed between Monday and Friday is processed on the same day ; an order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be processed on the following working day. In order to be able to respect the delivery time, you must ensure to communicate the correct information on the shipping address during the order. If you wish to save more than one shipping address in your account, you will have to select one address before you complete your order. You will then be able to follow you order on your client account by clicking on « ORDER HISTORY ».

 

Orders are shipped from Paris with the bill stating the total amount of your purchase in euros, with or without taxes, depending on the country of destination. All of our jewelry is ensured during shipment, whatever the value and the chosen carrier.

 

We offer several delivery options :

-        In store withdrawal

You can collect your purchase in our Stone Paris shop 60 rue des Saints Pères Paris VII, from Monday 2pm to 7pm and Tuesday to Saturday 10:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm. An email will be sent to you, to let you know when the item is available. An ID and the bill will be requested.

 

-        Courier

Our products can be delivered by courier for any orders placed in Paris intra-muros, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Boulogne Billancourt, Levallois Perret and Issy-les-Moulineaux, and by DHL or Fedex for any other delivery areas. Orders placed before 4pm will be sent on the same day. Please make sure to give us all the delivery and time information during checkout.

 

-        Transporter

Deliveries are insured by Fedex and DHL from Monday to Friday. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or the customs clearance processes. For safety purposes, your order cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. During delivery, ensure of the conformity of the products before you sign the carrier’s delivery slip. In case of anomaly, please let us know your concerns by email at info@stoneparis.com, otherwise we can’t be held responsible. If you are away during the delivery of your parcel, please contact the carrier’s customer service to agree on a new delivery date : Fedex +33 (0) 820 12 38 00 or DHL +33 (0) 825 10 00 80. If you cannot be delivered, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then suggest you to send you the products back at your own expense.

Is it possible to collect my order at the shop ?

How do I track my order ?

You can track the process of your order via our website by logging into your account in the tab « Order history ».

Your order will then be :


- accepted payment : it is confirmed and is being processed.
- sent : your order has been handed over to the chosen carrier, you can track its process via the carrier’s website by providing the tracking number given to you by email.

How do I return or exchange my order ?

Despite the care taken in making our jewels, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are committed to exchange it or issue a credit note via our website. The right of withdrawal must be reported by email at info@stoneparis.com or on your client account in the tab « ORDER HISTORY», by specifying the desired type of return (exchange or credit note). You can request the return of your product within 14 days. When your request is validated, items must be returned within 7 days.

Pre-ordered products  and resized rings cannot be exchanged, neither be subject to a credit note, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consummation Code.

 

Any returned jewel must have not be worn and must be sent back in its Stone Paris case, including its bill and certificate of authenticity. Any non-compliant returns to these conditions will be rejected and sent back to you. Return costs are at your own charge. We advise you to return the product with recorded delivery. The risks related to this reshipment are at your own expenses, we would appreciate you emailing us the tracking information of your parcel. If the product is lost by the carrier during shipment, you are solely responsible for it and cannot be refunded.

By which means of payment can I pay my order ?

The website stoneparis.com is fully secured and respects the latest internet protocols. We ensure a total confidentiality of the information given by the client.

We accept the following payments :

-        Paypal

-        Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

Banking transactions are processed with 3D Secure, a payment tool set up by Visa and Mastercard to certify the credit card’s holders and protect them from any fraudulent use, we therefore do not have access to the confidential information regarding the client’s mean of payment.

In case of a payment by American Express, for a matter of security, it will be essential to provide a front and back copy of the card and the buyer’s ID, during your purchase.

Our website offers the possibility to safely record one or several credit cards.

-        Bank transfer

The ordered products will be shipped once the transfer is validated. Thank you for taking the transfer costs at your own charge.

The Stone Paris online shop do not allow multiple payments.

Is VAT included in the indicated price ?

Indicated prices are in Euros VAT (all taxes included) and take into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order. They do not include the delivery costs, which will be communicated to you when you will place your order. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, the products are billed on the bases of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

-        For European Union countries. VAT is included in the retail price of each item, No taxes or customs fee will be added for the following countries : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Irlande, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, The Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

 

-        For non-european countries, french VAT is automatically deduced from the jewel’s price. Additional taxes (sales tax on imports, customs duty or handling fees) can be applied by the customs office of the country concerned, and will be at your own cost. The beneficiary of the parcel will then be billed by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, you accept the rules on goods importation; please note that these rules may vary depending on the countries your ordering from. These taxes cannot be refunded in case of a return or exchange.

How do I create an account ?

You can create your account on our website and save your personal information by clicking on tab « SIGN IN ». You will have the possibility to look up your invoices, credit notes and order history, to change your personal information, or save your products in the wishlist.

 

We respect the full confidentiality of information transmitted on your client account; nevertheless, you are held responsible for the use of your password and ensure its conservation and confidentiality. According to French Law on « Computing and Freedom n°78-17 », users are untitled to access, change, correct and delete personal data.

Is my jewel guaranteed ?

Our jewelry is guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase, on presentation of the bill. Guarantees only cover the manufacturing defects and will be subject to a quotation if there is a damage resulting from a misuse.

To inform us of your repair request, please contact email us at info@stoneparis.com. We will let you know how to proceed to have your jewelry fixed. Our workshop will have a look at it and we will be able to provide you with a cost and time estimation. 
If the return of the goods results from a manufacturing defect, it will be at our expense. 
Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return, it is therefore recommended to send by recorded delivery.

What are the manufacturing processes of Stone Paris jewelry ?

 -        All of Stone Paris jewelry is 18-carat gold / 750 mils, the stamp appears on every gold pieces and certifies their quality. Stone Paris guarantees its buyers that all the products containing gold were provided according to the protocols on minerals supply coming from conflict-free countries, and respects the Wall Street reforms on consumers protection act (Dodd Frank).

 

For your information, black gold finish is a plating applied on white gold. With time, the color can wear off, more or less quickly, depending on skin acidity and exposure to some products (cream, perfume, cleaning products…) On quotation, we can re-apply a “rhodium” to give the piece its initial color back. 

 

-        All of Stone Paris jewelry is set with G-VS or G-SI white diamonds (see product description). Diamonds are purchased from legitimate companies which are not involved in funding conflicts, and are subject to written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

How do I take care of my jewels ?

Jewels are precious and need to be treated with great care.
A few simple precautions are necessary to preserve their beauty and radiance.
When not wearing your jewel, keep it in its pouch or Stone Paris case to protect it from bumps and scratches. It is not recommended to keep more than one jewel in the same case as the frictions may scratch them.

Warning ! Jewels do not like beauty products, to sleep, to take shower, to go to the beach, to do exercise or to practise manual activity with.

Your jewels can be cleaned to intensify their radiance : rub them gently with a soft toothbrush and soapy water, then rince with warm water and dry them with a soft cloth or a hair-dryer on cold setting.

How do I determine my ring size ?

Our rings are available for sale in a specific size, please note that we cannot expand or shrink more than twice the original size of the ring.
If your size is not available, you can order the ring and we will make it the right size for you, for free, within 5 working days. Please note that we cannot expand or shrink more than twice the original size of the ring.

For specific orders, the rings can be done from size 48 to 56 for women’s collection, and from size 55 to 66 for men’s collection. 

To determine your ring size : print off the ring sizing chart (be ensured to print it at 100% scale). You can then :
- use one of your own ring to determine which size is the most suitable on the ring sizing chart.
- cut the inside of the circles to put your finger in it.

Please note that the metric varies from one hand to another.
If unsure, we advise you to take one size up to your original one.

We offer the first adjusted size. If it does not fit, the next one will be billed from a quote. This procedure is also applicable on jewels made to order.

Depending on the importance of the adjusted size, extra costs could be added according to the supplement of gold that needs be added up.

Are the bracelets and necklaces available in different sizes ?

Our bracelets have an adjustable standard length from 16cm to 17cm.

The length of our necklaces may vary depending on the model, please check the product description for further information.

 Please note that our necklaces and bracelets can be extended or shortened depending on your needs ; this procedure will be subject of an estimate which will be communicated to you before any change applied on the jewel.

Gold and carat weights indicated on the product page are estimated for information only and are not contractually binding, it can slight vary from a piece to another. For rings, the estimations are made based on a size 52.
