His history
The Blood Diamonds collection, whose design was inspired by Middle-Age crosses, has quickly become a classic for Stone Paris. Its pattern evokes the shape of a dagger, and its name has a strong meaning. The movie Blood Diamond, starring Leonardo Di Caprio, points at the precious stones traffic and child soldiers’ exploitation ; then, Marie Poniatowski picks up this term to denounce these shocking practices.
For her spring-summer 2020 collection, she reinterprets the iconic motif of the cross, more rock’n roll than ever, to decline it into two models of ring, earrings and a flexible bangle.
