Paris Photo at the Grand Palais

As an absolute fan of photography, I could not miss the annual event dedicated to it, Paris Photo!
Under the glass roof of the Grand Palais gather the greatest photographers and their most beautiful works, but also limited and rare editions.

I find my favorite photographers at the Louis Alexander Gallery, including Guy Bourdin, a friend of my father and Vogue collaborator. I was very lucky as a child to attend his photo shoots for Vogue. I was immersing in the world of fashion photography and supermodels, as in this photo of me child with the sublime Brooke Shield, taken by Albert Watson!

My husband is also a great admirer of Albert Watson, his monkey portraits fascinate us; but he is also known for his wonderful celebrity portraits.

Over the course of his work, you will meet Alfred Hitchcock, Mick Jagger but also Christy Turlington and Kate Moss.

The icons of my collections are also present : Marilyn Monroe photographed by Bert Stern and Audrey Hepburn behind the lens of Cecil Beaton, the height of glamor.

In Augusta Edwards’s gallery, I discover the work of Matthew Rolston who signs a beautiful portrait of Isabella Rossellini, and this photograph by Norman Parkinson, entitled "Cardin Hat over Paris, Queen".

But the photograph that will hold most of my attention is undoubtedly the one in the Augusta Edwards gallery,
"Life in the bubble" by Melvin Sokolsky with the model Simone D'Aillencourt, my most beautiful discovery of this exhibition.
